The Politec production machines

The Politec production machines Politec Technology Srl is equipped with toolings and presses for gas molding, with hot transfer labelling, for ultrasonic welding as well as for automation systems for molding with IML system, a highly efficient process that allows a long-lasting product with high quality, as the label will become an integral part of the product.

All the presses are equipped with robots, conveyor belts, mills on the machine and mixing silos.

The recent innovations of the equipment’s, with the replacement of some presses and the introduction of inverter systems on other presses, have allowed the company to achieve significant savings in terms of energy efficiency.
