Fully Electric Presses

Technology at the service of sustainability.

In our plastic injection molding process, we use fully electric presses (Full Electric), a technological choice that allows us to combine high precision, production efficiency, and careful attention to energy consumption.

Compared to traditional technologies, Full Electric presses provide more precise control of movements and molding parameters, helping to optimize energy use and reduce waste throughout the production process.

For us, choosing Full Electric technology means investing in a more modern and efficient production model, in which innovation and sustainability become an integral part of product quality.

Solar Energy

Our company has a photovoltaic system for the generation of electricity. The solar panels allow us to harness a renewable energy source to help meet the facility’s energy needs, reducing our reliance on energy from conventional sources.

Combined Heat, Power and Cooling System

To further optimize energy management, we have installed a trigeneration system capable of simultaneously producing electricity, thermal energy, and cooling energy. This solution enables us to use the energy produced more efficiently, reducing energy losses and meeting the facility’s different requirements through a single integrated energy system.

High-Efficiency Chillers

The management of cooling energy is supported by the use of chillers dedicated to cooling our production processes and equipment.

The adoption of efficient cooling systems allows us to optimize energy consumption and ensure the conditions required for the proper operation of our molding processes.

Our Commitment


Our journey towards greater sustainability is based on the integration of several technologies:

  • photovoltaic panels for the generation of electricity from solar energy;
  • a trigeneration system for the production of electricity, heating and cooling;
  • chillers for efficient cooling management;
  • optimization of energy consumption and the resources used in the production process;
  • recovery and valorization, wherever technically feasible, of production waste and processing by-products.
